The ClearShares OCIO ETF (the Fund) seeks to outperform a traditional 60/40 mix of global equity & fixed-income investments. OCIO is an actively managed portfolio. Its diversified holdings are primarily focused in passive index-based ETFs, but OCIO also utilizes actively managed ETFs or individual securities when the Fund's management believes it advantageous. Through the utilization of a Covered Call strategy, OCIO produces additional income while off-setting potential market losses. The fund expects to write (sell) covered calls on approximately 1 to 10% of its total assets using monthly call options.
