This ETF is designed to mirror the share price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (its underlying benchmark) over a defined investment cycle. While it aims to capture these gains, they are subject to a predetermined maximum upside, or cap. Concurrently, the fund provides a safety net, protecting investors from the first 10% of any declines experienced by the underlying ETF. It's important to note that both this upside limit and the downside protection will be diminished by the deduction of management fees and other operational costs of the fund.
