SIC is an actively managed ETF that invests in power semiconductor companies. The fund identifies companies from around the world with significant business and revenues tied to semiconductor products. Investments may include semiconductor designers and manufacturers, equipment testing companies, IP companies, and other firms across the semiconductor supply chain that service power semiconductor companies. The fund selects 15 to 100 companies using internal research and analysis based on company disclosures and publicly available information. The fund may invest up to 15% of its assets in privately placed, restricted, or illiquid securities. It does not engage in currency hedging but may briefly hold non-US currency to facilitate transactions. In addition, the fund may engage in securities lending.
