VistaShares Shield Nasdaq 100 Enhanced Protection ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through partial, uncapped participation in the Nasdaq-100 Index while providing downside protection through an options strategy. The fund uses FLEX Options and U.S. Treasury collateral to seek protection against the first 8% of monthly losses and approximately 50% exposure to additional losses, with options positions reviewed and rebalanced monthly.
