SUIS seeks to provide investment results that reflect the daily price movements of Sui (SUI), along with additional SUI generated through on-chain staking. The passively managed fund gains exposure to SUI by holding the token directly and calculates its NAV based on the CoinDesk Sui USD CCIX 60m New York Rate. Most of the SUI held by the fund is staked with third-party validators to earn proof-of-stake rewards, of which the fund retains approximately 90% after staking fees. The fund seeks to benefit from staking or the protocols that ensure transactions are properly recorded on a blockchain. Owners of a cryptocurrency through a custodian validate block transactions verified for accuracy. SUIS does not use leverage, derivatives, lending, or asset pledging.
