XLVX seeks to deliver 2x the daily performance of the State Street Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (Ticker: XLV) through derivatives including swaps and futures. The underlying strategy provides exposure to healthcare companies within the S&P 500, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology firms, healthcare equipment suppliers, providers, healthcare technology companies, and life sciences businesses. The fund rebalances its exposure daily and is designed to achieve its objective over a single trading day. Because performance is reset each day, returns over longer periods may differ significantly from twice the cumulative return of the underlying ETF. XLVX may also obtain leveraged exposure through exchange-traded equity futures contracts and exchange-traded options contracts, including standardized call and put options. Treasury bills, repurchase agreements, and other cash equivalents may be held as collateral for derivative positions.
