Stock Market
Due to Good Friday, most global markets are closed. The Nikkei 225 index has risen by more than 1.03%, and the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (^KLSE) has risen by more than 1.09%.
Both the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Nasdaq Composite Index have fallen by more than 2.6% this week, and the S&P 500 index has fallen by 1.5% for the week.
Since US President Donald Trump announced reciprocal tariffs, the S&P 500 index has cumulatively fallen by nearly 7%, while both the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Nasdaq Composite Index have cumulatively fallen by more than 7%.
