Key Business Drivers

Seagate's robust performance in Q4 2025 was primarily driven by a 30% year-over-year revenue increase, a record gross margin, and non-GAAP EPS reaching the top of its guidance range. These achievements were attributed to structural enhancements within the business and sustained demand from cloud customers for the company's high-capacity drives.

Management Outlook and Strategy

CEO Dave Mosley highlighted the company's ongoing execution of areal density-leading HAMR product qualifications and ramp plans. This strategic positioning aims to address growing customer demand for mass data storage across cloud and edge computing environments. Seagate expressed confidence in its ability to generate significant value for both customers and shareholders in the long term.

Fiscal Year 2025 Overview and Capital Allocation

For the full fiscal year 2025, Seagate reported revenue of $9.10 billion and GAAP diluted EPS of $6.77. The company generated $1.1 billion in cash flow from operations and $818 million in free cash flow. Seagate returned $600 million to shareholders through dividends and strengthened its balance sheet by reducing its total debt by $684 million, ending the fiscal year with $5.0 billion in debt.

First Quarter Fiscal 2026 Guidance
