Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

Cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash balances increased to $6.4 billion at the end of Q4 2025, up from $5.5 billion in the prior quarter. This increase was primarily due to cash generated from operating activities. Deferred revenue also saw a significant rise, reaching $2.68 billion from $2.01 billion in the previous quarter, indicating strong future revenue potential.

 

Outlook

For the quarter ending September 28, 2025, Lam Research provided guidance for revenue of approximately $5.20 billion, with a U.S. GAAP diluted EPS of about $1.20. The company anticipates a U.S. GAAP gross margin of 49.9% and an operating income as a percentage of revenue of 33.9%.
