Third Quarter 2025 Outlook

For the third quarter of 2025, onsemi projects revenue to be in the range of $1,465 million to $1,565 million. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share are expected to be between $0.54 and $0.64. The company anticipates a non-GAAP gross margin between 36.5% and 38.5%, with operating expenses estimated to be in the range of $280 million to $295 million.
