Energy & Transportation sales grew by 15%, benefiting from strong demand in oil and gas, power generation, and industrial applications.

 

Geographical Sales Insights

From a geographical perspective, North America experienced a 16% increase in sales, while Europe, Africa, and the Middle East saw a 13% rise. Asia/Pacific sales improved by 10%, and Latin America recorded an 18% increase. These regional growths highlight the broad-based recovery and expansion in key markets for Caterpillar Inc.

 

Management Outlook

Management expressed optimism regarding the sustained demand across its end markets. The company expects continued strong performance in the coming quarters, supported by a healthy order backlog and ongoing infrastructure investments globally. Caterpillar Inc. remains focused on operational efficiency and strategic investments to meet customer demand and drive long-term growth.
