Tesla, the top stock by trading value on Thursday, fell 2.12% with $37.964 billion traded. Addressing reports that PharmAGRI signed a letter of intent with Tesla to deploy up to 10,000 Optimus Gen3+ humanoid robots in farms and prescription drug production, Elon Musk replied on social media: “Fake.”

Tesla urged shareholders to vote, stating: “We’re at a critical turning point. Before the November 6 annual meeting, we need your support. Please vote in line with the board’s recommendations.”

Tesla added: “As Master Plan Part IV shows, we’re on the cusp of massive transformative growth. If you believe, like us, that Musk is the CEO to make this vision real, vote for your shares.”

Nvidia, second in trading value, rose 3.49% with $33.397 billion traded. Gordon Haskett noted: “Nvidia’s $5 billion investment in Intel seems minor for Nvidia but strengthens its position with the Trump administration, especially as its products face bans in key markets.”

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said the company will also invest in Revolut, PolyAI, and AXA.

Intel, third in trading value, surged 22.77% with $16.324 billion traded. Nvidia announced a $5 billion investment in Intel at $23.28 per share, potentially holding over 4% post-transaction. Intel previously secured $2 billion from SoftBank and $5.7 billion from the U.S. government.

The two will co-develop PC and data center chips, with Intel designing custom CPUs for Nvidia GPUs in data centers and Nvidia supplying custom graphics chips for Intel in consumer markets.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said: “Due diligence gives us confidence in Intel’s future, and the investment will yield strong returns.”

Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger noted: “This is more about product collaboration. Strengthening our balance sheet is a top priority.”

AMD, fourth in trading value, fell 0.78% with $13.002 billion traded. Analysts say Nvidia’s support for Intel could hurt AMD’s data center chip market.

Palantir, fifth in trading value, rose 5.13% with $12.344 billion traded. Insiders say Palantir is boosting UK ties, pledging £1.5 billion in investments and a £750 million five-year deal with the UK Ministry of Defence for expanded AI software use, replacing a £75 million three-year deal.

Meta Platforms, ninth in trading value, rose 0.58% with $8.498 billion traded. Meta launched its first consumer smart glasses with a digital display, betting wearables will be central to AI use. Coinbase Global, 14th in trading value, rose 7.04% with $5.891 billion traded. Banks are pushing to ban crypto exchanges like Coinbase from offering bank-like interest products. Armstrong said: “I don’t get why banks are rehashing this, but they should face fair competition in crypto.”

CrowdStrike, 17th in trading value, rose 12.82% for its seventh straight gain, with $4.971 billion traded. Its new Threat AI system, the industry’s first agent-based threat intelligence tool, automates complex workflows to speed up tasks.
