GEV Reports Strong Q3 2025 Revenue and Profit Growth

The Power segment saw orders rise 50% organically, with revenues increasing 15%, or 14% organically, primarily from Gas Power. Electrification also demonstrated exceptional performance, with orders soaring 102% organically and revenues growing 35%, or 32% organically, fueled by strong demand for grid equipment.
Reaffirming 2025 Guidance
Management reaffirmed its 2025 financial guidance, expecting revenue to trend towards the higher end of $36-$37 billion, and adjusted EBITDA margin to be between 8% and 9%. Free cash flow is projected to be in the range of $3.0-$3.5 billion, reflecting confidence in continued operational execution.
Specific segment guidance indicates expected organic revenue growth of 6%-7% for Power, while Electrification is trending towards 25% organic revenue growth. Wind segment organic revenue is anticipated to be down in the high-single digits.
Strategic Investments and Shareholder Returns
During the third quarter, GE Vernova repurchased approximately 1.1 million shares for $0.7 billion and paid a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The company also announced an agreement to sell its Proficy® manufacturing software business for $0.6 billion and the acquisition of the remaining stake in Prolec GE for $5.275 billion, reinforcing its position in global grid equipment.
