Agilent Reports Q4 2025 Revenue Beat and EPS Growth

Agilent Technologies (A.US) reported robust financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2025, surpassing revenue guidance. The company achieved $1.86 billion in revenue, marking a 9.4% increase year-over-year. Non-GAAP net income reached $452 million, with non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $1.59, reflecting a 9% rise from the prior year's fourth quarter and aligning with analyst estimates of $1.59.

 

Strong Segment Performance

The Life Sciences and Diagnostics Markets Group (LDG) led the segment growth, reporting fourth-quarter revenue of $755 million, a 15% increase year-over-year. The Agilent CrossLab Group (ACG) also contributed significantly with $755 million in revenue, representing a 7% year-over-year increase. The Applied Markets Group (AMG) saw a 4% rise in revenue, reaching $351 million.

 

Management Outlook

Looking ahead, Agilent's management provided an optimistic outlook for fiscal year 2026, forecasting revenue between $7.3 billion and $7.4 billion, which translates to a 5% to 7% reported growth. Non-GAAP EPS for fiscal year 2026 is projected in the range of $5.86 to $6.00. For the first fiscal quarter of 2026, revenue is expected to be between $1.79 billion and $1.82 billion, with non-GAAP EPS in the range of $1.35 to $1.38 per share.
