The fund seeks to provide investors with returns that generally match the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), up to an upside cap of 15.00% before fees and expenses, while buffering against SPY losses falling between -5% and -35% over the outcome period running from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. The strategy uses FLEX Options rather than direct equity holdings, and the cap resets at the start of each new annual outcome period based on prevailing market conditions.
