FOMG is designed to make bullish bets on the stock price of FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) through derivatives investments such as options and swap agreements. FORM engages in the development, manufacture, and provision of semiconductor test and measurement solutions. It operates through the Probe Cards and Systems segments. The Probe Cards segment consists of technologies and product architectures, including micro-electromechanical systems technologies. The Systems segment consists of analytical probe solutions for on-wafer probing, board tests, and package tests. The objective is to obtain daily leveraged exposure equivalent to 200% of the fund's net assets. To maintain this exposure, daily rebalancing is performed to adjust to FORM's daily price movements. As a result, returns may deviate from the expected 2x if held for longer than a single day due to compounding. The fund could potentially lose money over time, even if FORM's performance strengthens.
