Invesco Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Invesco Agency MBS ETF

IMTG seeks high current income by investing in agency mortgage-backed securities (MBS) issued or guaranteed by the US government, its agencies, instrumentalities, or sponsored corporations. Investments may be of any maturity or type, including GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, residential and commercial MBS, and CMOs. Up to 10% of assets may be allocated to non-agency securities but will not invest in non-agency CMBS. The portfolio managers work with global market specialists who employ top-down and bottom-up analysis for sector positioning and execution. The portfolio managers still retain discretion over risk and position sizing. The fund applies active duration and yield curve positioning to managing the portfolio. Buy/sell decisions are based on relative value, economic and credit fundamentals, supply/demand, market dislocations, and specific opportunities. The fund may hold cash or equivalents as margin or collateral, and use derivatives for enhanced returns, exposure and risk management.
