It uses derivatives such as futures to create its portfolio. For its fixed income portion, it invests in short-term, high quality U.S. treasury securities and money market instruments. For its actively managed portion, it seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Dynamic VEQTOR Index, the S&P 500 Index and the U.S. 3 Month Treasury Bill Index.
