TRXS seeks to provide investment results that reflect the daily price movements of TRONIX (TRX), along with additional TRX generated through staking. The fund gains exposure to TRX by holding the token directly and determines its NAV based on the CoinDesk Tron Benchmark Rate 60m NY Rate. This rate is a 60-minute time-weighted average price derived from executed trades across major TRX trading platforms. Most of the TRX held by the fund is staked with third-party validators to earn staking rewards, of which the fund retains approximately 90% after staking fees. The TRON network is designed to facilitate high-speed, low-cost transactions and support the creation of decentralized applications (dApps), with a particular emphasis on content sharing and entertainment services. TRSX does not use leverage, derivatives, lending, or asset pledging.
