It is also developing proprietary in-house platforms, such as the VersatiBody, a multi-functional antibody discovery platform that generated two clinical-stage FIC bifunctional fusion proteins (HX009, HX044), as well as completed the preclinical development of multiple ADC/bispecific molecules, including FIC PPC HX111 (OX40-ADC) and HX116 (PD-L1×VEGF BsAb-ADC); and the autoRx40, an autoimmune therapeutic platform, completing the design of multiple candidate molecules in the field of autoimmune diseases, such as HX035, HX038, and HX138.
