Due to the transfers of ownership by The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited, THE DAI-ICHI BUILDING CO., LTD., and SOHGO HOUSING CO., Ltd., from June 25, 2025, to June 27, 2025, an ownership interest of 36% was acquired by Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. JEI was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on June 27, 2006. As of June 30, 2025, JEI held 33 properties with 302,340.95 square meters of total leasable space and had leases with 610 tenants excluding residential tenants. Japan Excellent, inc. was established in February 20, 2006.
