As of December 31, 2021, Bank of America catered to approximately 67 million consumer and small business customers. This extensive reach is supported by a physical network comprising around 4,200 retail financial centers and nearly 16,000 ATMs. Moreover, its digital banking platforms engaged approximately 41 million active users.
