TMGN is an actively managed ETF that aims to generate income through a daily covered call option writing strategy based on exposure to an index of the ten largest US technology or growth companies. The long stock exposure is fixed on a quarterly basis. The option strategy utilizes zero days to expiration (0DTE) index call options, where the ETF sells out-of-the-money call options each day in attempt to collect premium income, while also retaining the flexibility to use weekly options, put options, or multi-leg strategies during periods of heightened volatility. The daily call strategy caps the upside potential of the underlying securities at the strike price.
