Ordinarily, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its overall assets, including capital derived from borrowings for investment purposes, to a diverse collection of these fixed-income instruments. This broad category of debt investments specifically includes, but is not limited to, obligations guaranteed or issued by the United States government, its various agencies, and related entities.
