DSTL begins with a starting universe of around 500 profitable large-cap U.S. stocks. Our security selection focuses on U.S. stocks with low debt levels and stable cash flows. We then invest in the most attractively valued remaining 100 companies based on Distillate Capital’s normalized free cash flow methodology. The portfolio is weighted by free cash flow generation and is rebalanced quarterly.
