WSDB is an opportunistic core bond ETF designed to identify attractive risk/reward opportunities. In constructing the portfolio, the fund adviser evaluates factors such as yield, credit quality, pricing, and the structural features of each security. The fund invests in US government bonds, corporate bonds, structured products like MBS and ABS, loans, collateralized obligations, and foreign sovereign debt. It may also use derivatives, such as futures and options, for hedging, return enhancement, and efficient exposure management. The strategy targets an average duration of one to three and a half years to limit sensitivity to interest rate movements and reduce price volatility. Up to 15% of the funds assets may be allocated to high-yield bonds.
