Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) is an international enterprise specializing in the leasing and maintenance of commercial aircraft and their engines. The company operates through two distinct divisions: Leasing and Related Services, and Spare Parts Sales. The Leasing and Related Services segment is dedicated to acquiring, leasing, and facilitating the purchase and resale of commercial aircraft, engines, and associated equipment, alongside other related ventures. Furthermore, the company was responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of 475 engines, aircraft, and related assets for third parties.
