The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that invests in a focused portfolio of companies identified by the adviser as most closely linked to the growth of the Anthropic artificial intelligence ecosystem. Using a proprietary model-driven thematic scoring process drawing on company filings, earnings calls, news and media reports, supply-chain data, and market information, the adviser selects and weights holdings among companies involved in cloud computing, semiconductors, memory and networking hardware, data center infrastructure, power and cooling systems, enterprise software, AI deployment platforms, and cybersecurity that support or benefit from Anthropic-related AI technologies. Under normal circumstances the Fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities of these Anthropic Ecosystem Companies, and may also hold non-U.S. companies and limited privately offered securities. Because Anthropic itself is not publicly traded, any exposure the Fund seeks to it directly would be limited to privately offered securities capped at 15% of net assets, and the Fund states investors should not expect direct exposure to Anthropic through this vehicle.
