This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to achieve its investment goals by investing in dividend-distributing companies that its sub-adviser, Morgan Dempsey Capital Management, LLC, deems to be attractively valued. Normally, at least 80% of the fund's net assets will be allocated to equity securities of large-capitalization companies, specifically defined as firms with a market capitalization exceeding $25 billion.
