The International segment expands McGraw Hill's global footprint, offering digital and print educational products in approximately 100 countries and 80 languages outside of the United States. Through its extensive distribution network, this division provides K-12 and higher education resources to learners and educators worldwide. Established in 1888, McGraw Hill, Inc. adopted its current name in October 2022, having previously been known as Mav Holding Corporation. Its corporate headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio.
