Under typical market conditions, the Fund primarily invests in equity securities that generate income. These investments may encompass various types, such as common stocks, depositary receipts (including American and Global Depositary Receipts), preferred shares, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The Fund allocates its investments across both U.S. and non-U.S. companies, with a standard commitment to dedicating at least 40% of its net assets to securities of issuers or firms with economic connections to countries worldwide, outside of the United States.
