An actively-managed exchange-traded fund with a primary investment objective of current income and a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The fund is sub-advised by The London Company of Virginia and under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets in a concentrated portfolio of 25 to 35 income-producing equity and equity-related investments, such as common stocks, ADRs, preferred stocks, and REITs.
