The Touchstone US Large Cap Focused ETF primarily commits at least 80% of its total assets to large-capitalization equity securities, under typical market conditions. These holdings, which predominantly consist of common stock, are traded on U.S. exchanges and may be either exchange-listed or accessible via over-the-counter markets. Fort Washington, the fund's investment manager, has the discretion to occasionally hold a more concentrated portfolio with a higher proportion of cash and cash equivalents, especially when an insufficient number of suitable investment opportunities align with its acquisition criteria.
