The fund-of-funds invests in sector ETFs and individual securities believed to be undervalued and poised to benefit from financial market catalysts. Securities are sold when they reach the target price and no longer considered undervalued. The fund adjusts sector weightings relative to its benchmark and may invest across any market cap, country, or currency. The fund analyzes macroeconomic conditions, including economic growth forecasts and inflation trends using GICS sector classifications. It then identifies appropriate US sector ETFs based on holdings, liquidity, and tracking error. The fund may employ a covered call and secured put option writing strategy to generate additional income and reduce volatility. The actively managed ETF may also invest up to 15% in bitcoin ETFs.
