Employing an indexing approach, the Fund's objective is to replicate the Index's performance before any charges or expenses are deducted. The investment advisor strives for a high degree of congruence, targeting a correlation coefficient of 0.95 or better (before fees and expenses) between the Fund's outcomes and those of the Index, noting that a figure of 1.00 would denote perfect alignment.
