The Fund seeks capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies that the Advisor believes are undervalued. The strategy invests in industries and companies that may be out of favor and misunderstood due to temporary or cyclical factors, with an emphasis on sustainable cash flow, a strong balance sheet, and potential for long-term capital appreciation.
